Structured business intake
Contact Gooseneck Cargo Desk with a procurement brief
Use the inquiry channel to record the trailer configuration, quantity, destination, timing, and evidence needs that candidate manufacturers must address. Submission starts requirement review; it is not an order, inventory confirmation, or approval.
Procurement desk
Address: No public walk-in location is represented. Trailer sourcing is coordinated through the documented project channel.
Social: No public social account is used for formal RFQ intake; keep specifications and revisions in the inquiry record.
Contact method
Email and phone: Submit the secure form first. Project-specific contact details are provided during follow-up, so no unverified public contact data is published.
Never treat a web submission as a factory appointment or payment instruction.
Working window
Hours: Requests are reviewed in business workflow order; no fixed response-time or delivery promise is made.
Include your time zone and preferred contact window when coordination timing matters.

Before submitting
Make the first review specific enough to compare
Describe cargo size, mass, loading method, route, work environment, and whether the trailer is enclosed, open, or fitted as a mobile workspace. Add usable dimensions, material preference, floor and wall expectations, doors and ramps, GVWR, axle count and GAWR, empty-weight or payload target, brakes, tires, gooseneck coupling, landing gear, electrical interface, and tow-vehicle constraints.
Then state unit quantity and configuration split, US destination or port, Incoterm, requested delivery window, drawing approval, inspection stage, packing, spare components, and the exact documents to request. Values that depend on the final build should remain marked for supplier confirmation.
Optional commercial preferences
A target budget can be an amount or range. Name the currency and whether it applies per unit or to the total order. High-end, mid-range, budget, or undecided supplier preference describes the desired balance among materials, finish, customization, documentation, and service; it is not a pre-verified supplier tier.
After the request
The requirement is checked for missing comparison fields. Candidate responses can then be organized on the same basis. The buyer remains responsible for due diligence, engineering acceptance, contract approval, payment, and destination-side compliance decisions.
