Service boundaries
Gooseneck Cargo Desk terms of service
These terms govern independent buyer-side sourcing support. Gooseneck Cargo Desk is not a trailer manufacturer, authorized dealer, insurer, lender, importer of record, customs broker, engineering authority, or regulator.
Procurement information
Catalog labels, articles, images, and requirement prompts organize an inquiry. They do not confirm stock, current price, lead time, production capacity, supplier approval, certification, registration eligibility, or suitability for a duty. The actual supplier quotation and exact-model evidence govern any offer.
Buyer responsibility
The buyer remains responsible for accurate cargo and tow-system inputs, engineering review, supplier due diligence, contract acceptance, payment, insurance, import and tax decisions, and destination registration or operating requirements.
Quotation comparison
Responses are comparable only when body, dimensions, materials, ratings, options, quantity, currency, destination, Incoterm, inspection, documents, and delivery scope are aligned. Factory price is not necessarily landed procurement cost.
Third-party material
Supplier drawings, specifications, certifications, test files, and commercial statements are third-party information and require independent verification. No third-party brand, warranty, or approval is adopted by this service.
Revision and availability
Requirements, quotations, evidence, and production timing may change before contract acceptance. Keep dated revisions together and resolve inconsistencies in the procurement record.
